A.Fluid bed dryer principle depends on the movement of solid particles into a fluid bed. By passing hot air or gas through a perforated distributor plate at the bottom of dryer, pressure is generated enough to lift up and suspend the solid particles. As a result, the particles behave as fluids and can dry quickly. Heat is transferred to the particles as the hot air rises, leading to a rapid evaporated moisture. The unclogging of pores ensures even drying, preventing the formation of clusters. The dry air is expelled from the dryer upon removing the evaporated moisture. The fluid bed dryers are well-suited for industrial settings due to their ability to efficiently transfer heat and eliminate moisture.
