Q. What is the structure of bucket elevator?

The boot assembly is the first part that gets put together. It has a tension adjustment, a boot pulley, roller bearings, and an input chute. Braces to the building's structure are required every 20 feet. Buckets, constructed from steel, stainless steel, or plastic, serve as containers for holding and transporting material. A casing encloses the conveyor, providing structural support and preventing dust or debris from escaping. The drive mechanism powers the belt or chain with an electric motor and gear reducers.
