Q. Which oil is used in injection moulding machine?
A.In injection molding machines, hydraulic uses and lubrication are made of colorful kinds of canvases. Usually recommended canvases are anti-wear hydraulic canvases with density of 68 CST at 40 °C, similar to Mobil DTE26 and SHELL TELLUS Oil 68. These canvases form the hydraulic corridor of the machine and also help to ensure smooth operation and reduced wear and tear. Also often used for slicking the injection seat and rail shells is L-AN46 full loss system oil painting. Grounded greases made of lithium are placed on the injection and earth setting corridor for particular lubrication points. Maintaining the performance and life of the machine depends mostly on proper lubrication since it reduces disunion and wear on moving components, ice dependable operation during product.
