All of the cold rooms, whether it is a commercial and GI cold room, we design are fitted with an on-board air-cooled refrigeration system. Chilled foods can be stored at temperatures ranging from +2 to +10°C, fresh meats can be stored at -2 to +5°C, and frozen foods can be stored at -18°C. This is the speciality of our made cold rooms. The condensed air is taken from the coolest part of the equipment, which is the base. You can clean the filter after removing the condenser.
