Q. How to operate a dough mixer?

Then, following your recipe, toss your items in the bowl. Start the mixer on low speed to avoid splashing and mix the ingredients properly. Speed up the cooking steps when needed. Check how the dough is mixing. Change the speed and mixing time if needed. Turn off the machine and gently remove the bowl and dough when the consistency merely calls for it. After each use, the bowl and tools should be thoroughly cleaned. Always unplug the mixer before cleaning it.
