For wet bain-maries, descale the water force according to the manufacturer's recommendations. You can add a little amount of liquid soap and a marketable descaling product to fresh water, switch on the unit, set the thermostat to high, let it reach its maximum operating temperature, and also turn off the power. Eventually, apply a sanitizing solution to the inside surfaces, making sure to follow the dilution and contact time guidelines.
